[PATCH] put media files under link update control

[PATCH] put media files under link update control

A media object whose content lives at an external URL, rather than
inside the document, is registered with the link manager like a linked
graphic. So it then shares the usual link update mechanism.

Media copied into the document is extracted to a temp file and is not a
link, so that's left alone.
